Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at the Gramercy Park Hotel, and while the location was superb, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel features beautiful architecture and decor, but my room was quite small and showed signs of wear. The service was friendly, yet there were significant delays in getting drinks and dealing with other inquiries, which really detracted from my stay.
Overall, my stay at Gramercy Park Hotel was impressive due to the excellent service and the beautiful surroundings. The attentive staff truly made me feel welcomed, and the access to the private Gramercy Park garden was a good bonus. However, I did encounter a few challenges with room service and a crowded bar area during peak times.
I had an lovely stay at Gramercy Park Hotel. The staff treated me like royalty, especially Joy at the concierge who helped with a surprise for my mom's birthday. However, I noticed the rooms could use brighter lighting—they felt a bit dark for my taste.
I enjoyed my stay at the Gramercy Park Hotel, especially because of its beautiful vintage decor and modern art atmosphere. The location was fantastic, providing a less touristy vibe while remaining close to major attractions. However, I faced some challenges with service, particularly when I needed an extra umbrella and was disappointed with the bar access. Overall, it was a nice experience, but there were a few hiccups.
My stay at Gramercy Park Hotel was a mixed bag. The unique decor and artistic vibe wrapped around me like a cozy blanket, but I did run into some issues with service. While the location is lovely, and I enjoyed access to the private Gramercy Park garden, I also faced some challenges, especially with the dining experience. Overall, it's charming but has its rough edges.
